3.3 Payment Methods

We accept M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfers, and cash payments at our store. Payment terms for business accounts may be arranged separately.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We offer delivery services within Nairobi and nationwide shipping across Kenya. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and order size.

• Nairobi CBD: Delivery from KES 100-200 depending on distance
• Greater Nairobi: 1-2 business days
• Other Counties: 2-5 business days via courier

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products purchased more than 7 days ago
• Sale or clearance items

5.2 Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
